Buy a school uniform for a needy child
Rev S.M Sibiya of St Saviours Ndlangubo wants to help struggling school children and their parents. And he needs your help!
“I have learned that if you want to help a person, give him or her education,” explains Fr Sibiya. “I work among poor people who cannot afford to dress their kids for school and I want to make a difference. I have decided to provide over 40 kids with school uniforms for 2016; I know it’s a lot of kids, but with God everything is possible.”
Fr Sibiya is looking for people who will partner with him in this project, because he cannot do it on his own. He’s not asking for money, but for people to buy the uniform/s, which he’ll collect and distribute. Fr Sibiya will provide a list of sizes and the places where the uniforms can be bought.
Uniforms will be handed out to needy children at St Saviours on Christmas day – it will be the best Christmas gift you could give! For more information, please contact the parish by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We urge every parish to join in and do the same for children in need. Masinakekelani has pledged to dress 20 kids and we thank God for their contribution. We also have other friends who are willing to give something. Doing Something is better than doing Nothing.
